Frameless.

Four deckle-edged glass panels transition from amber to turquoise as the forest scene both reveals and conceals layers of complexity and detail.

The client who requested this work had seen a previous commission, Into Light (Op. 399), and wanted something similar. Instead of the abstract nature of the previous piece, however, they preferred more emphasis on the color transition. (And four panels instead of five, obviously.)
